Over 40% of apples that are grown end up wasted, often due to superficial browning from bruising and slicing. That’s why they developed Arctic® apple varieties – more apples tasted and less apples wasted. Arctic® apples is the flagship product of Okanagan Specialty Fruits (OSF).
