Since then many of the industry has reached out to local, state and federal governments demanding answers, USDA has revoked 1 companies contract- who is now trying to settle the case, a San Antonio catering company hasn’t delivered one box due to many delays in the supply chain, and come Monday the USDA is talking about a new contract that could come out for the companies who were not awarded to re-bid.
